Living at Rockrimmon Apartments has been an absolute blessing for me and my family. As a retired disabled veteran with two Autistic children, finding a place that understands our unique needs was paramount. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. During my recent surgery, I found myself unable to pick up my children's much-needed medical supplies from the locker. It was in that moment that the true beauty of living here revealed itself. The entire staff, led by the incredible team of Cam, Aquiles, Noel, Jeremy, and Dan, sprang into action. They formed an assembly line, ensuring that the supplies were safely transported to my car and then into my apartment. Their willingness to go above and beyond is truly awe-inspiring. But it's not just in moments of crisis that the staff at Rockrimmon Apartments shines. Every day, they make it a priority to create a comfortable and worry-free environment for all residents. Their friendliness and genuine care for each individual is evident in every interaction. And most importantly, they have embraced my children with open arms, showing them love and acceptance that warms my heart. Living here has not only provided us with a beautiful and well-maintained home, but it has also given us a sense of belonging and community. OK so I’m 50 years old and have been doing business for a long time. I had one of the top 10 customer service experiences of my life at this facility. The gentleman that helped us and showed us around. He was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable people that I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to rent there. But if this guy has any reflection on the management of this complex, I strongly suggest to anyone reading this that you give this place a try. It’s very unfortunate for us that we weren’t able to live there and be a part of this community. Thanks to this guy. Oh yeah, and the property itself is beautiful too and so are the apartments. But to be honest, the service that we got from this gentleman was second to none. Aquiles is his name. I didn’t catch his last name. If you follow my advice, ask for him if he still works there.

I couldn't be happier with our Rockrimmon apartment experience! Five stars all the way! The amenities here are top-notch, from the sparkling pool to the well-equipped fitness center and cozy communal lounge. What truly sets this place apart is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Camey, Achilles, and Dan go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They're always there with a smile and ready to assist with anything we need. Living here is a true delight, and I can't recommend it enough.

Colorado does not disappoint!! I just returned from a short weekend visit with a great friend, and was shook by the property's cleanliness, and it's stunning views of the mountains. During my stay I had the pleasure of meeting Noel, a team member of the maintenance crew on property. Noel was kind and professional, and helped me find my friend's apartment. Overall 10/10 Rockrimmon Apartments.

I came here after North Pointe couldn't execute my lease due to a computer issue and wasted a lot of my time and money. Rockrimmon Apts is right next door to NP so I came here to check them out and found out they are pet friendly as I have 2 dogs. Cami got me screened and in my new apartment in record time! I had driven from CA through the desert and was staying in hotels because I didn't want to commit until I saw the location. I was fatiqued and exhausted! I am much much happier here than I would have been at NP. It's quite quiet here. If you're relocating to CS, I highly recommend this apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff (Dan, Aquiles, Jeremy, Noel and Hasten) are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. They've all had to help me in some capacity. I'm on the bottom floor and although I do hear my upstairs neighbor, it's not much. The insulation and nice vinyl windows are amazing and I barely use the a/c in the summer. The bathtubs are large as is the stackable washer/dryer. I have a walk in closet and my unit is really nicely remodeled. I haven't rented in probably 20 years, so I am impressed, tbh. They have really been gracious in moving my garage space closer and closer since I have dogs it's a real convenience. And the real reason I'm here ;) is the coffee maker in the lounge. It has a ton of different options from just black coffee to cappuccinos, espressos and flavor shots! I hate making coffee so I'm really enamored with that machine. They have great amenities: pool, gym, hot tub, kids playground area, lounge with pool table and big screen TVs and none are ever too crowded. The location is great for me with close access to hiking trails, Trader Joe's, Costco, restaurants, auto repair, etc. They also have a secure mail room and Amazon hub, which means my packages are securely delivered. It's really important to have friendly and helpful staff, though and they definitely make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help you. I've been here three months and I really am happy I chose Rockrimmon Apts.
